The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of reward on industrial disputes in public universities in Kenya. The study adopted a descriptive and correlation research design. The target population for the study was drawn from staff academic and administrative divisions of Public Universities in Kenya. Stratified sampling technique was used to get a proportionate sample of each stratum of staff. Data was collected using self-administered questionnaire from the sampled size.
