Comfirmatory Factor Analysis Of The Variables In Driving School Standardization Programme (dssp) Of The Federal Road Safety Commission, Nigeria
This paper examines the driving school standardization programme (DSSP) and recommends how to improve the safety of the roads in Nigeria. Hence, the driving school should pay greater attention to these latent variables among other variables of the DSSP. Responses to the twenty-eight variables investigated for the factors affecting the driving school in the DSSP were subjected to Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA). These variables are: APFRSC- Approval of driving school by the FRSC; FIRSTAID-Availability of first aid facilities; RSIGNM- Availability of road sign modules in the class room; ISSCERT- Issuance of certificate upon graduation;
