Effects Of Financial Incentive On Enhancing Organizational Performance: Case Study Of Tanzania Revenue Authority (tra) Ilala Regional Office Dar Es Salaam Tanzania
This study sought to assess the role of financial incentives in enhancing organizational performance. The study was done in 2014 and it involved 50 respondents. Simple random sampling procedure was adopted in selecting respondents. Primary and secondary data were obtained using semi-structured interviews, questionnaires and documentary review and were analyzed through descriptive statistics and correlation analysis. Results were presented in tables and indicated that there are variety of financial incentives used and the level of financial incentives provided by TRA is adequate.
