Citizenship as expressed by the employee is a most sought after behavioural outcome; apart from enhanced relationships contained in the place of-work, citizenship is an expression of emotional engagement and further improving performance. This paper examines the function of-psychological empowerments as-a predictor and the subsequent outcome on organizational-citizenship behaviour.
