The introduction of the National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS) in 2003, has seen more health coverage and access to healthcare services in Ghana, the healthcare debate has therefore shifted from access to quality healthcare service delivery to patients. This study therefore assessed quality healthcare delivery and customer satisfaction of healthcare services among NHIS subscribers in the Wa Municipality.
