MICE tourism is important in the performance of hotels in Kenya in terms of profitability and success of any hotel. The main objective of this study was to analyze the effect of MICE tourism on Hotel performance in Kenya with focus on 3 and 4 Star Hotels in Mombasa County. The study targeted all the seven head of departments in the three and four star hotels in Mombasa, and used simple random sampling technique. Data was collected using a questionnaire which adopted both open- ended and closed-ended questions. Data processing and analysis was done with the aid of Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS). Tables and figures were used to present the analyzed data. Regression analysis was
