Women of reproductive age living with HIV face unique challenges with regard to their reproductive health and partner relations; to ensure their optimal sexual and reproductive health, it is important to address their contraception, and fertility needs. A paucity of knowledge on reproductive health needs of this group in relation to their fertility desires and intentions exists. This study explored reproductive health needs of HIV infected women versus fertility desires and intentions.
