Assessment Of Feasibility And Viability Appraisal Training For Estate Surveyors In Nigeria
The quality of appraisal services of estate surveyors in Nigeria has been faulted and described as lacking credibility. This study seeks to assess the feasibility appraisal training for estate surveyors in Nigeria. It is a descriptive survey research which best suits assessment of curriculum studies. Study population consists of recognized firms of surveyors and final year estate management students of University of Lagos. Non-probability purposive sampling technique was adopted whilst sample sizes for the study were derived from Bartlett, Kotrlik and Higgins sample size formula developed by Cochran yielding respective figures of 176 for the firms and 85 for students. Response rates were 61.
