Imperatives Of Business Training Methods On Transfer Of Competencies

Human Resource Development (HRD) practitioners have employed various business training methods with a view of building the subjects` business competencies. The result of such interventions have yielded mixed benefits, largely depending on hosts of other internal and external factors affecting delivery of business training. Business trainers in Marsabit Central and Marsabit South Sub-Counties used Systematic Training Cycle (STC) approaches to train women, youths and self-help groups in business start-ups.
