The main purpose of this paper was to examine the relationship between job satisfaction and turnover intention in Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA). The study was quantitative in nature and a cross-sectional survey design was used to obtain data from 313 respondents. Purposive sampling was used to select the target organization and stratified sampling was utilized to ensure fair representation within the three main divisions under Ghana Revenue Authority.
