Impact Of Fertilizer Voucher Program On Agro- Private Dealers In Taraba State, Nigeria
The study assessed the impact of fertilizer voucher program on Agro- Private Dealers in Taraba State, Nigeria. Ten (10) Agro-Private Dealers were purposively selected in six (6) randomly selected Local Government Areas (LGAs) of the State. The results of the study indicated that, Agro-Private Dealers were crowded- in for the years under study with t- values greater than zero (>0) ranging from t= 0.62 (2009), t= 0.58 (2010), t= 0.60 (2011) and t= 0.60 (2012) respectively. Hence, this indicates that the more the number bags of fertilizers are sold through the commercial source (crowding in) the better for the private sector.
