The rate of youth empowerment is still an issue of concern in Africa, the question remains what is the way out of this nagging ugly havoc? This paper therefore, examines the link between talent management and apprenticeship, as a strategy for sustainable youth empowerment. 5-point Likert scale questionnaires were designed and administered to 400 Nigerian youths selected across the 36 states of the Federation including Abuja, the FCT.
