The study investigated dual career couple and employees’ commitment among staff of public universities in Ondo State. The specific objective is to ascertain the effect of family life of dual career couple on their affective commitment to the goals and objectives of their organization. The population of the study consists of the academic and non-academic staff of public universities in Ondo state. University was chosen as a case study because it is a pool of professionals that are mostly affected by dual career couple challenges. Purposive sampling technique was adopted to select 218 employees from the Federal University of Technology, Akure and Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba - Akoko. Download
