Introduction: Recent reports indicate slight decrease in occurrence of death from Tuberculosis made possible through the use of the Directly Observed Treatment Short-course (DOTS) therapy. Anti-TB drugs therapy is not totally free from side effects. Objective: This study was aimed at determining the effects of first line and second line DOTS therapy on the hematological parameters of Pulmonary TB patients. Methods: Zeihl-Neelson technique, ESR by Westerngreen method and Abacus 380 Autoanalyzer were employed.
