Effectiveness Of Oversight Institutions In Monitoring And Evaluation Of Community Policing In Tanzania
Policing in Tanzania was carried out in 2013 a case of Zanzibar Island of Unguja; whereby, one region was involved namely Mjini Magharibi. The general objective was to investigate effectiveness of oversight institutions in monitoring and evaluation of community policing. The study employed descriptive research design to survey the study area, sources of data collection was primary in nature within which tool for data collection was face-to-face questionnaire through paper and pen interviewing approach.
