The paper focuses on the gains and retention of the outcomes of the UK funded health intervention by PATHS in Ekiti State, Nigeria between 2002 and 2008 like in Enugu, Jigawa, Benue, Kaduna States and FCT. Its entry was premised on stimulating health development on five outputs centred on achieving MDGs 4, 5 and 6. The research design was basically a descriptive survey with mixed methods of data collection and analysis. The results were based on stratified and random selection of 700 survey respondents from eight local government areas in the state based on their respective population.
