The study critically examined family size and its effects on the investment of child’s education in Atonsu-Bokro. Specific issues that were critically reviewed included among other things the influences of large family size on school enrolment, the effect of family size on students‟ academic performance and whether family size affects child’s educational attainment. A systematic sampling technique and purposive sampling for the study was used to select houses in each street for the distribution of the questionnaire.
